I need a diagnosis from my psychiatrist, but he is still unsure. I think I have both psychosis and depersonalisation-derealisation, because I have been seeing things that are not there and hearing things that are not there. I would walk into a place and it would not be the place that it is supposed to be, but it is another place, with sound from another place. It has started around the age of 15, now 7 years later I am still experiencing it continuously. I need an urgent diagnosis from my doctor to fill in for my disability support pension. He will write a written report for me by next week, but we only have got the diagnosis of C-PTSD with symptoms of dissociative identities and depersonalisation-derealisation and major depressive episode. I have previously wrote in another thread here about my depersonalisation-derealisation experience, but it is just a floating out-of-body numbness feeling, outside observer of oneself, feeling non-existent...but then when I mentioned about seeing and hearing things that are not there, I was told by another member here that it is psychosis. So, I realise this could well be psychosis also.

I need help.
