Dear MC,
I know you were out of town for part of the time, but could you still please respond in some way to my e-mail before we see you tomorrow? Even if it's just to say "Got it, let's discuss tomorrow"? (I know at the very least you're back in the office today because you'd originally offered us appointments today or tomorrow.)
