Talk to a lawyer. I know when I worked for lawyers and the companies we worked for had bought old inner City landmarks and were renovating them and the old tenants didn't want to move they'd get a group together and "fight" the renovations, being forced to move, etc.

I don't know that anything would come of it; the store is in the business to make money and if it isn't, it's not like a public or government entity that can be swayed by popular voice. If enough customers went there it wouldn't be closing in the first place?
