I think I know. He wants me to train his people so he doesn't have to. And both he and my other boss think I should be "going out" to events with people after work. And I refuse. Christmas party etc. Yearly "work appreciation" lunch, yearly pot luck lunch. Nope nope nope.
But I don't think that belongs on a review and it irks me that it is on there. But not worth the fight. But still irks me.
