been there. abilify was/is kind of unusual, for me. i tolerate it without the twitches and akathisia i got from other tranquilizers, but...at 30mgs, it obliterated a lot of my personality.

ive managed to get the dose down to 20mgs, and that's made a -big- difference. im still getting the benefits of a tranquilizer, but i have more energy and personality, etc.
