Just giving an update...I received an email from the job I interviewed for and was told to call back. So this might happen. If it does do I just tell the supervisor in private along with HR? I really don't need accommodation but I don't want to have them think I'm making it up or using it as an excuse (I was told by mom and dad it is an explanation, not an excuse). I figured when I do disclose I might say "Oh, I have Aspergers Syndrome. It doesn't affect my job, I will have my good days and bad days but don't be surprised if I seem a bit off or may be slow to warm up. It is just a difference but I just want to make sure you are aware of it." I'll keep you posted.
