I know what you mean by feeling flat and emotionless. That's how I spend most of my days. No one can say for sure how medication will affect you. It depends on the medication, or combination of meds, and on you, the individual.

All meds have side effects too, which is also a consideration esp if you are going to be taking them for a long time. It's totally understandable to be concerned or even anxious about starting to take medication and it is a big decision. Also it can take awhile for meds to have a noticable beneficial effect although some side effects (like drowsiness) kick in right away.
