Ugh, the anxiety!!
My therapist has asked me what I’m thinking when I’m anxious. She wants me to replace those negative thoughts with positive ones about the same thing.
I think it helps. I’ve been struggling with criticism.
“My boss hates me” to “My boss is trying to help me.”
“I can’t do this anymore” to “I’m competent and able to complete this task.”
Etc...
