Please think what your ED will do to your body over the long term.... that might help you decide to go the healthy way... the more firmly "rooted" your ED becomes.. the harder it is to shake... and the longer it goes on... the more damage will be done... though the damage may not show up for several years... and then.. then... you will say "why, why.. did I do this"... so fight to remain healthy... and if you want to lose weight... do it healthy....
