You know... finding the right therapist for you can take a few tries. Not every therapist works well with every client. And, sadly, some therapists are just plan bad at what they do... period!

Plus, as you mentioned, you have the added problem of psychology not being very popular in your country. So you really are at a disadvantage. But, at least from my perspective, I think it is important to keep trying. At least give it a few more tries. Sometimes it can take a few tries to find the right therapist for you.
