Just finished Day 5 of the FBSweat program. Today was lower body strength and HIIT that focused on the lower body. 36 minutes total, 4/5 in difficulty. It was a rough workout at times, some extra pauses and some modifications were required.

But I managed to get through! Very happy I did my workout today, it has been sort of a blah day and it helps me to know I did something positive with at least some part of my day.
