I had a terrible time tapering seroquel. It took almost a year for me to get from 600 mg to zero. But I was feeling so awful on seroquel I had no choice. In addition to all the normal side effects like extreme drowsiness and not being able to get . out of bed and feeling weird, tinnitus and dullness. I also got intense pain in the right side of my abdomen that I never had before or since. I had it checked out and no one could find anything wrong with me. That was what prompted me to get off of it and the pain didn't go away until a month or two after I finally reached zero.
The hardest part was getting off the last 25 mg. In the end I had to cut it it down by thirds and then eventually just slivers of a pill. It was ridiculous. I had several times to go back to 25 mg, stabilize and then try again.
Most people don't have such a hard time and I've not had such difficulty with any other psychiatric medication.
As I recall, I stepped from 600 to 500 and then waited till the withdrawal effects died down, then to 400 but after that i was reducing in increments of 50.. then eventually 25, then 12.5, then slivers of a pill...
You could try to increase by 50 and see if the symptoms go away.
