Is this legal nationwide? I have a friend who lives rural and has poor access to transportation, who frequently has disruptions in the availability of meds as a result. They are not on Medicaid and insurance can be dodgy, so some are paid out of pocket or with high copays at times. Is there a solution by which they can get meds by mail, even if payment situations may occasionally change? Removing the transportation barrier would be a huge help.
