I am currently taking Risperidone and Remeron. The Risperidone is for my psychotic symptoms from Depression, and the Remeron is to help my insomnia and Depression. I was on Celexa for 2 months but recently it started making me feel worse, so I stopped taking that. The Psychiatrist said she wanted to tackle the Depression before the anxiety, because at the time it seemed like the Depression was worse than the anxiety, but now they're both terrible.
