i think the celexa is kinda high...the fda reviewed data on celexa, and high doses can do something not so great to the heart. i thought they'd recommended capping doses at 40mgs, but i could be wrong.
the buspar is kinda high, but its not a controlled substance and some people do well on higher doses (this according to a former shrink, who also said that she was 'not impressed' by buspar...).
depakote doses should be adjusted based on blood work. i dropped depakote after a "standard dose" resulted in nearly toxic blood levels. just not worth it, for me.
i think the latuda could be a lot higher, but with other drugs on board, you might want to check into drug-drug interactions. antidepressants, in particular, can increase the blood levels of tranquilizers/antipsychotics, so although you're only taking 25mgs, the drug-drug interactions could be resulting in the equivalent of a higher dose.
i don't know much about propranolol or trazodone. trazodone doses vary wildly...my concern would be that the combined effect of all your psych drugs would be too much sedation and emotional flattening/numbing, but...I'm clearly not an expert or anything like that.
OK. hope this helps.
