Plenty of good advice already - so I might just add that whenever I feel I’ve done what I can, but am still judged or misunderstood as just somebody labelled with BPD I try to mindfully look beyond those opinions that don’t matter and focus on the many positive character traits we forget we still identify with.
Just remember that to understand life on a the deepest intuitive level one first has to experience pain & suffering with the scars only to show those with an open mind your resilience, potential to greatly empathise, a natural gift within creativity and the strength to use it all towards better days
