TRIGGER

Warning. Angry bear post. If you don’t like angry bears, don’t bother reading this (heart)

(Btw I’m “safe” )

I’ve been reading some recent posts, on pc and other forums, from uk posters (sigh)

My personal experiences with uk mental health workers has been sub optimal

I have nightmares about Professionals I have consulted. I don’t “choose” to have those nightmares :-(

(I try distraction, other anxiety management techniques, I keep on keeping on without their “help” as we are supposed to do..)

The “good professionals” seem to be rare in my part of the forest. And I had trust issues even before I was metaphorically beaten up by the Professionals for “not being like them”

the elephant in the room, the uk Mental “health” System is hard to ignore

(Not about anyone on pc)

This is just a rant. I don’t need any advice. I don’t think there is any, the “system” is too broken

Who would want to be judged as “not coping” by the all knowing “professionals” (in the uk)

Nobody “in their right mind” - the fake smile, the “I’m fine” runs so deep ..

And as if there actually was any useful “help” provided by the “system” for those Judged as “not coping”

For most there is not.

From what I’ve observed, most people are told to “help themselves” or even that “some people are beyond help”

When the “System” worsens PTSD Something is very much amiss..

I wish I could “just get over” my observations of the dysfunctions in the System in the UK

I suppose some would say, the “ultimate” in “not coping” is Suicide.

I wouldn’t judge and condemn anyone who is sick of the lies, sickness and hypocrisy in the “System”. And decides to leave
