People get mad at me for eating M&Ms on the walking track all the time. Chocolate releases small amounts of happy chemicals in the body, as does exercise. I take a 5-htp sometimes too just to keep it good and level. I've got a special tea I consume for chronic neck pain that has mild stimulant effect too. Here's yesterday's final numbers, all the forward motion but 3 miles is elliptical. I think I would be absolutely in heaven if I could live right next to a 24 hour gym with yoga 6 times a day
