Wed: cardio (did reasonably well)
Thu: class (was able to push to a good level of fatigue)
Fri: rest day
Sat: conditioning (feels too light, still not really happy with this)
Sun: cardio (nothing special)
Mon (today): class (calf muscles asked questions I didn't have answers to)
