Pdoc says I'm having a mixed episode. He increased my clozapine and added lithium. If when this settles down I'm too sleepy he'll give me provigil, and if I'm still depressed an antidepressant (but not sure which one).
I agreed to call him up tonight if I feel I might hurt myself. Hospital was brought up but I want to avoid being admitted.
In the meantime I'm going to wait until I don't want to kill myself to apply to any jobs.
