Anyone out there like to spin? It's my wife's birthday in two weeks, and I'm thinking of buying her a spin bike. One option is to get the Peloton, which costs about $2,000 PLUS $39 per month for a subscription to online classes. The other option is to buy a very good but boring bike that you do work-outs on by yourself. This is a much cheaper way to go, but I'm afraid she'll lose interest.

I might be mildly manic, but I'm not sure. Any one had any experience with Peloton or some other spin bike? I'd love to hear about it.
