I'm not able to concentrate enough on the video right now, but I did want to mention an app that I found that has been helpful for me.

It's called Breathe2Relax... I have an android phone, so I don't know if it's available for iOs...

All it does is help time the in breath, hold and out breath. You can also adjust the seconds for each in the settings. For me, as an example, I have asthma, so I can't breathe in as long or hold it as long because of my lung capacity, so I made those shorter, and then made the out breath time to where it felt comfortable with the new times for the other two. You can also set how many breaths to have it walk you through.

It looks simple when it's open and going, but it's worked wonders for me. It is literally just a line going up as you breathe in, and then wait, and then breath out as the line goes down. So there's a bit of mindfulness too by watching the line and ignoring everything around me.

Mindfulness was one of the hardest parts of DBT for me, because of my dissociation. I just can't seem to do it sometimes, but with this app, it's easy to do the breathing.
