Ugh, good day at work turned bad. I hate being sandwiched between (justifiably) angry users and my (justifiably defensive and feeling attacked) IT engineers.

One angry user even told me "You're so sympathetic to them!" and yet I know they're unhappy I'm not shielding them from users well enough.

My bosses? They literally said "Why are you so scared of their [users'] anger?" I almost cried.

Of course I can't tell anyone at home... and I better not bring my work stress home.
