It sounds like you have a feeling of apathy.
That can feel sometimes worse than depression. But I think it's our brains way of shutting down and therefore protecting itself from the pain of extreme emotions.
I was thinking a meet up group might help. I know that when I stay in the house for long periods of time I can start feeling very sad, isolated, disconnected, bored, and restless. Then I know it's come to the time that I have to get out and do something. At a meetup group you may find like minded people and form some great connections.
