I have mixed feelings on the subject.

For me, I have other issues that need to be addressed at appropriate times via medications, but it remains to be seen whether or not these meds have a beneficial effect with the DID.

I will say that being on an anti-psychotic(risperidol first and then zyprexa) seemed to bring down my trigger level and lessen the switching that was beyond my control. I don't really know that this is a regular thing however for everyone or just a coincidence for me.
