Hey twirls:
I agree with the two above comments, only I do not believe
that the problems are related. The lump sounds like something more serious going on. You might want to take him to a Urologist....they handle male things. He may or may not need a biopsy to see what that lump is exactly. Make sure he DOES go as soon as possible. The danger is in not getting it diagnosed immediately.
