I am pretty dedicated on the diet piece. I'm largely following the Mayo Clinic Diet, which is all about portion control and eating healthy, so it's pretty easy to follow once you get used to it.
I do do most of my own cooking, it's something I mostly enjoy and I can't really afford to eat out often.
I do splurge and order a pizza or wings once a week, on Fridays, which is kind of my treat day, but other than that I'm careful about what I eat.
Of course if I go out to a nice restaurant all diet bets are off for the meal -I'm going to enjoy myself, but I'll make sure I get right back on the diet the next day.
