Almost 4 decades ago, I used to walk with my psychiatrist (back when they did talk therapy) and it was very beneficial. It cut down on 50 minutes of muteness.
Fast forward 20 plus years ago, I used to take my infant to therapy and by the crawling stage, my therapist and I would push him in his coach as we did therapy. I highly recommend it if both are up to it. Some may see it as a boundary violation.
It is being recommended by the American Psychological Association.
