It could be they are just trying to find the right position. Maybe that conversation will help them in that decision.

That's what they are trying to figure out I think since I was in a high paced environment and now I want to do more of a slow paced environment where it doesn't cause me anxiety and of course there's always the problem they might have people working in that particular area where I'd like but again they might have coverage in that area so they are trying to put me somewhere and that's where they are having trouble in a way it guess its complicated. Hopefully things will work itself out eventually I mean sooner or later they legally have to put me somewhere.
