This is my session today.
Today the insiders had their day, well the insiders who don't talk. We started out talking about the texting situation and how I am more comfortable with negative attention because positive attention like 'you look pretty today' or 'I like that dress' means someone always wants something and after some questions it set everyone off and it was turmoil in inside but when my t said to pull my blanket closer they settled down a bit and after awhile the all seemed to be pointing down, towards my lap. My T wanted to know if this meant anything along with feeling cold and sick. I really could not talk and made sneaky noises and had to clear my voice a lot til I wrote down 'we're not allowed to tell'
I want to ask him next time if he believes about the insiders as my mother thought I was lying when I said Cathy or Rory or someone did something
