To add a page to the Links bar
If the Links bar is not already displayed, turn it on. To do this, click the Tools button, click Toolbars, and then select Links. (A check mark to the left of Links indicates that the bar is displayed.)
If you still cannot see the links bar, it's probably locked on the right side of the screen. To unlock the Links bar, click the Tools button, click Toolbars, and then click Lock the Toolbars to clear the check mark. Drag the Links toolbar down so you can see it.
Navigate to the webpage that you want to add to the Links bar, and then do one of the following:
Drag the icon (or the URL) for the page from the Address bar to the Links bar.
Drag a link from a webpage to the Links bar.

You can organize the links by dragging them to different locations on the Links bar.
