I only get about 5 hours of sleep - but it has been that way my whole life. I can sleep better in the morning or afternoon than I can at night. My usual sleep time is 2-3am to 7-7:30am or if off of school and the pets will allow 5-6 am to 10-11 am and then I can sometimes nap around 2 pm - 6. I think the body changes sleep schedule as we age and a lot of older people sleep less.
