I am sorry you are feeling so low. I am by no means a therapist or have any training...but from personal experience I have learned some things: 1) you can pull yourself up by the boot straps and say to yourself, I feel bad, now what can I do to feel better? 2) look to another source for some emotional support if you do it on your own 3) If all else fails, and it sometimes will, where you are in a funk and bogged down with no light of day shining on your soul, keep the thought 'this too shall pass', or find another mantra to cling to...

I know all about the pretend thing. Just a bit ago, I went out with hubby and mom and I was dying to stay home cause I didnt want to go out, but did to make them happy...'everything's fine' mode...

((((((((pegasus))))) Don't mean to ramble, which seems my mind keeps doing right now...sorry
