My unexpected panic attacks stopped some time ago, but about 3 weeks ago, they came back, and I've had 5 in these 3 weeks and it's awful... I feel really bad and so anxious during them. I wish they would stop now. I'm not afraid of them, as I know they are random and I have accepted this fact, but I really don't like them and want them to go away again.
