I'm mostly vegetarian, vegan where I can be. I eat meat once a week. I'm still transitioning. It's hard work but it's good for your health. The only thing you need to worry about is vitamin b12 deficiency, and we have stores of that in our body, but you can always take supplements, you just have to makesure they don't come from animal products. For me the hardest thing to give up is cheese. I can cope without all the other stuff.

Fun fact, cheese is broken down in the body to a very mild form of morphine which might be why some people feel like cheese is an addiction

If you're serious about it, do some research, give it a go and see how you feel. The worst that could happen is you decide it isn't for you. And that's not an issue, don't feel guilty for trying.

I do it mostly for health reasons x
Thanks for this!
