How do you deal/cope with days where you feel like death would not be an unwelcome thing? I'm not talking about being actively suicidal, with a plan ready to carry out, but rather those days where death seems like a welcome release from the pain you feel?

I do not plan to act on these thoughts, but they still weigh heavily on me.
Does anyone else experience these types of days, and if so, how do you deal with them?
