I'm sorry to hear about your panic attacks. I have struggled with anxiety, but not as much now. My anxiety is like a rollercoaster. One moment, I'll feel okay. Then, the next moment, I feel anxious. It sucks. But I hope to one day overcome the anxiety that I feel.
One thing that I have done is accepting that my brain and mind are wired differently. Some people are wired differently. Not everyone is equipped to deal with anxiety effectively. That's why some people need therapy and help. Others can have anxiety and they can do something and it just disappears.
I think talking to a counselor, doctor, or healthcare worker will help you the best. They can try to figure out why you keep having panic attacks.
Do your panic attacks come from any worries? Disturbing or intrusive thoughts? Try to figure out what is causing them.
I wish the best for you in life and I hope you find a way to overcome your panic attacks.
