I eat when I remember to eat. My Personal Trainer that I wil l start to see says ideally you should eat 5 small meals through the day. 3 actual meals and 2 snacks. She will call me at 10 and at 2 to remind me to eat. I thought that was cool. I will eat carrot sticks, cheese slices, string cheese etc. Something portable as I hopefully start my internship next week.
