I’m wishing for everyone here (and myself) that we no longer violate ourselves with words like “useless” “weak” “a burden” “inept”
And the list goes on
I don’t know if I can tolerate another year of that garbage inside my head that the shame shifting abusers planted inside my head

But I’m grateful to everyone here. For the most part, we can be “real” here without being further harmed by mean words.
