Your strong you can fight this. Keep reminding yourself that you can't hurt yourself then you'd have to go to the hospital and explain. You know your thoughts are wrong keep reminding yourself your okay as long as you don't hurt yourself. Tuesday is coming soon just count down the days/hour/ min if you need too.
