I had been on Luvox(200mg a day) quite a while and wasn't obsessing. Then I had 2 different mild obsessions that went away in a day or 2. Mentioned to my Psy MD and he switched me gradually to Pristiq 100mg.
I now have no obsessions yet but several unpleasant side effects. He felt they may run their course but if not to try Pristiq 50mg. I'm still taking 100 but my blood pressure is up. I googled "meds for ocd" and it came up with many, but not Pristiq. Now I don't know what to think. Anyone have any knowledge of this taking Pristiq for OCD?
