The girl is obviously playing games with everyone.
I would keep a good notebook about her calls at 1AM plus everything you do for her. How she says she's left her homework at school, etc. Cover your tail. I would use a little 'tough love'. If she doesn't bring homework home and complete it..she doesn't go out to 'play'. She needs boundaries. She won't be happy about it at all. She'll throw a fit. Let her. If she can't handle it & if she tries to make you leave permanently, so be it. It's her choice. She has the 'free will' to make the right decisions. She's very spoiled.
