One thing that I have done is accepting that my brain and mind are wired differently. Some people are wired differently. Not everyone is equipped to deal with anxiety effectively. That's why some people need therapy and help. Others can have anxiety and they can do something and it just disappears.
I think talking to a counselor, doctor, or healthcare worker will help you the best. They can try to figure out why you keep having panic attacks.
Do your panic attacks come from any worries? Disturbing or intrusive thoughts? Try to figure out what is causing them.
I wish the best for you in life and I hope you find a way to overcome your panic attacks.

Thanks for your response. I actually had another one last night at 2am, which was awful. I ended up taking Ativan for it, and then I went to bed. My mind was racing and was quite dizzy and felt like I was dying. Before my panic attack, I was playing this game, and I was getting anxious about losing it, which I didn't and won in the end, but normally this doesn't cause me to have panic attacks so...
I don't know what has been causing my panic attacks recently. It just kinda seems to be all over the place. I know I am not as god when I don't get enough sleep, but I have had sleep troubles in the past without panic attacks like now. I'll bring it up to my pdoc in 2 weeks when I see her.
My overall anxiety levels are a lot lower on my current medication, but it doesn't seem to be helping my panic attacks or depression, which sucks...
Thanks again.
