tbh at the moment most days I have those feelings, I just have to find a way to carry on. I compartmentalise, I prioritise, I focus externally. Work helps, although at the same time I often feel overwhelmed by it and have panic attacks.
Problem with this approach is I get so focused on what I'm doing I forget to eat and drink - today I didn't have a drink till 4 and nothing to eat till this evening.
