Why are autistics like this? Other cousellor a few years ago my parents made me see he told me it was not right I only brought it up with this new one because he asked if I liked hanging out with a certain family member. Why I even had to bring the abuse up because when I told him no I do not like hanging out with this family member he kept questioning me why. He also keeps trying to get me to join age inapropriate groups to make friends. If I'm 17 I do not see why I should join a group where everyone in it is 30 to 50 year olds.

Um...gee. I'm sure sorry you were told that by your counselor but please don't label all those on the Spectrum as being rude. Generalizing a whole group of people because of one experience isn't the way to go about things.
