It's terrible to feel this way. I was in the same situation as you. That's why I moved out at 17. Best decision ever. Now I'm 35 and I don't speak to my parents. They are never happy. And I always am. So I refuse their disease to spread to me.

In the mean time, you can limit your time with your parents. Spend more time alone or with friends (which ever makes you happier). Do your homework at the cafe, library, or even at the mall. Trust me, even that noise at the mall is better than the chaos at home.

Unless something drastically changes at home, this scenario won't improve until you move out. Living with your parents is tough since they feel they have power over you.

The other feeling you may or may not be experiencing is suffocation. It can feel like you're being deprived of air when you spend so many years with the same people. Some people enjoy spending all day with their parents, while others like to be left alone -- and enjoy the peace and quiet.
