Thank you all for sharing your experiences. As Kafka called it, "weird pattern" is what describes my sleeping better. I know it's not a normal sleeping pattern, but I have had it much worse before.
I think I have had problems with sleep since childhood, so it's hard for me to tell what's normal

The only time when I actually sleep well is when I'm depressed, and then I tend to sleep too much.
But again, thank you, it was interesting to hear about your sleeping patterns.
