I don't have that with my family as well. It can feel so painfully lonely, like an ache that's always there in the background.

I'd thought of writing just "I hear you" like I tend to do on facebook but was afraid it wouldn't be welcome on PC. Habits from other forums where posts had to "contribute to the discussion" rather than be "I support you" etc.
