well, i would recognize my own limitations... there's little you can do physically, so thats out...

i would evaluate my own ability to manage this type of problem... if i found myself shortcoming, i'd seek help, which is what you've done here...

dealing with issues of death is never easy... most admit a loss of words or ideas...

some, but not all, suicide cries are for attention... one should never assume its the case though...

what you hope to achieve is for Kitten to reconnect with a desire to live...

you may try mentioning favorite things, encourage her to remember favorite times and places...

any suggestion has a potential for backfire and so you feel pressured to be extra cautious..

you should recognize for your own sense of well being that what Kitten does is not your responsibility...

i would use whatever personal information i had available and attempt to contact a friend or relative wh lives nearby so they can check in and assume the caretaker role...
