I know it's kind of a fun joke but honestly, sending stuff anonymously could go really wrong. You don't know what's going on in their lives or with their other clients, you could send something that seems totally innocent and they think it's a threat from a past stalker or whatever... It just seems like a bad idea. Personally I'd think it was really creepy if I got an anonymous gift like that.
